BaxterDog Media LLC operates the BaxterDog Partner Program to support approved dog rescue organizations, shelters, and related animal welfare partners.

Approved Partners may receive a unique referral link, QR code, and access to approved BaxterDog marketing materials. When supporters purchase eligible BaxterDog products through approved referral links, QR codes, or other approved tracking methods, BaxterDog may calculate an estimated partner donation connected to those eligible supporter purchases.

The program is intended to support animal rescue and adoption education. It is not a generic affiliate marketing platform.

Participation is by application and approval only. BaxterDog may request information to verify eligibility, including organization name, contact information, website, social media profiles, mailing address, EIN, nonprofit status, organization description, logo, or other information reasonably related to application review or program administration.

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. BaxterDog may approve, reject, pause, reactivate, suspend, or terminate any Partner account or application at its discretion.

You agree that all information submitted through the Partner Portal is accurate, current, complete, and not misleading, and you agree to promptly update your Partner profile if relevant information changes.

Approved Partners may receive access to a Partner dashboard. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may only allow authorized representatives of your organization to access the Partner Portal. You agree to notify BaxterDog promptly if you believe your account has been compromised or used without authorization.

Referral links and QR codes are provided for approved Partner use only. Donation attribution depends on valid tracking, approved Partner status, Shopify order data, eligible supporter purchases, and BaxterDog review.

BaxterDog may correct, reject, or adjust attribution for refunds, cancellations, discounts, gift cards, taxes, shipping, tips, order edits, unpaid orders, chargebacks, fraud review, technical issues, tracking errors, or other adjustments.

Partners may not manipulate referral tracking, create fake transactions, create fake supporters, use self-dealing referrals, or engage in fraudulent or misleading attribution practices.

Dashboard donation amounts are estimates until reviewed and approved by BaxterDog Media LLC. A donation is not final until BaxterDog reviews and marks it paid.

BaxterDog currently reviews Partner donations manually. No automatic Stripe payout flow is currently active through the Partner Portal. Payout timing, method, thresholds, eligibility, and required documentation are subject to BaxterDog policies and review.

The tax, accounting, or legal classification of amounts paid or donated through the Partner Program may depend on applicable law, your organization type, your jurisdiction, your use of funds, and the structure of the program. You should consult your own legal and tax advisors regarding your participation.

The BaxterDog Partner Program may involve statements that supporter purchases help benefit rescue organizations or animal welfare partners.

You agree to cooperate with BaxterDog in good faith regarding any legally required disclosures, registrations, written agreements, reporting obligations, charitable solicitation rules, cause-marketing rules, commercial co-venture requirements, fundraising platform requirements, or similar laws that may apply.

You may not make public donation claims, fundraising claims, tax-deductibility claims, charitable solicitation statements, or cause-marketing claims unless they are accurate, approved, and legally compliant.

Approved Partners may receive access to BaxterDog marketing materials, which may include email copy, social captions, flyers, images, headers, instructions, QR code materials, and other content.

BaxterDog owns or controls all rights in BaxterDog-provided marketing materials unless otherwise stated. Subject to these Terms, BaxterDog grants approved Partners a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use approved marketing materials solely to promote the BaxterDog Partner Program and approved BaxterDog supporter purchases.

You may not materially alter BaxterDog marketing materials, remove required disclosures, change donation claims, misrepresent the program, imply guaranteed outcomes, or use BaxterDog materials outside the approved program context. BaxterDog may request removal, correction, or modification of any Partner communication, and you agree to comply promptly.

You are responsible for all content your organization creates, publishes, sends, prints, posts, advertises, or distributes.

Your promotional activities must comply with applicable laws, platform rules, advertising rules, email rules, SMS rules, privacy rules, charitable solicitation rules, intellectual property rules, and these Terms.

Unless BaxterDog gives written permission, Partners may not send spam, use purchased or scraped contact lists, bid on BaxterDog brand terms, make misleading donation claims, use deceptive urgency, or claim that purchases are tax deductible unless expressly approved in writing and legally accurate.

You agree not to violate applicable law, engage in deceptive or fraudulent practices, manipulate referral tracking, interfere with the Partner Portal, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or misuse portal data, misrepresent your relationship with BaxterDog, bind BaxterDog to any commitment, or make false claims about rescue outcomes, donation amounts, nonprofit status, tax deductibility, or product availability.

BaxterDog may modify, update, pause, discontinue, or terminate the Partner Program, Partner Portal, dashboard features, donation rates, eligible products, attribution rules, referral links, QR codes, marketing materials, payout methods, payout timing, or these Terms at any time.

Changes may apply prospectively unless BaxterDog determines that retroactive corrections are necessary to address errors, fraud, refunds, chargebacks, legal compliance, or technical issues. Continued use of the Partner Portal or participation in the Partner Program after changes are posted or communicated means you accept the updated Terms.

The Partner dashboard is provided for convenience. It may contain estimates, delayed data, incomplete data, test data, corrected data, or information that remains subject to review.

BaxterDog does not guarantee uninterrupted dashboard access, error-free reporting, real-time order data, or guaranteed donation calculations. BaxterDog may correct dashboard data, order records, estimated donation records, payout records, or Partner records at any time.

BaxterDog owns or controls the BaxterDog name, logos, trademarks, website content, book-related materials, images, characters, designs, copy, marketing materials, portal content, and other intellectual property used in connection with the Partner Program.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms or written approval from BaxterDog, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from BaxterDog intellectual property.

The Partner Portal may contain non-public information, including donation rates, dashboard data, order attribution data, payout records, marketing plans, program materials, or technical information. You agree to keep non-public Partner Portal information confidential and to use it only for your authorized participation in the Partner Program.

Your use of the Partner Portal is also governed by the BaxterDog Partner Portal Privacy Policy.

Partners do not receive raw customer email addresses or full customer order details through the Partner Portal. You agree not to misuse personal information, order attribution data, supporter-related information, dashboard data, or Partner Portal records.

You and BaxterDog are independent organizations. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment relationship, agency relationship, franchise, partnership, joint venture, fiduciary relationship, or legal representative relationship between you and BaxterDog.

BaxterDog does not guarantee that participation in the Partner Program will result in sales, supporter purchases, donations, traffic, exposure, fundraising results, rescue outcomes, ad performance, or other results.

The Partner Portal, dashboard, referral links, QR codes, marketing materials, data, estimates, and related services are provided as is and as available.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BaxterDog disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BaxterDog Media LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, service providers, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising out of or related to the Partner Program. BaxterDog total liability will not exceed the unpaid approved donation amount, if any, finally approved and marked payable for the payout period giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BaxterDog Media LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, service providers, and representatives from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to your participation in the Partner Program, breach of these Terms, promotional activities, Partner-created content, violation of law, misuse of BaxterDog materials, false or unauthorized claims, tax or regulatory obligations, negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Unless otherwise required by law, disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.

BaxterDog may provide notices through the Partner Portal, by email, by posting updates to the Terms, or by other reasonable means.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any written Partner-specific terms approved by BaxterDog, form the entire agreement between you and BaxterDog regarding the Partner Program. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
